LEGALISIR AKTA KELAHIRAN DI DISDUKCAPIL PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA

Hai Guys, welcome back to my blog ^_^

Kalau di postingan sebelumnya aku sudah sharing tentang bagaimana caranya buat akte lahir versi baru / versi dwi bahasa (Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris), yang belum baca bisa langsung klik aja link ini. https://kimberliajadeh.blogspot.com/2019/08/cara-pembaharuan-akte-kelahiran-dwi.html

Nah kalau postingan yang sekarang saya mau sharing cara pengambilan dan legalisirnya.

Tanggal 28/8/2019, aku datang lagi ke Disdukcapil Pusat dengan tujuan mengambil akte lahir aku yang udah jadi sekalian aku mau legalisir, biar gak bolak-balik ^_^  Oiya, waktu tanggal 27/8/2019, aku whatsapp dulu ke nomor yang ada di kertas pengambilan untuk memastikan apakah akte lahir aku udah jadi atau belum. Karena sudah jadi dan bisa di ambil makanya tanggal 28/8/2019, aku bisa dateng deh. Berarti waktu yang di butuhkan untuk akte lahir ini 12 hari Guys, aku buat tanggal 16 Agustus 2019 dan di ambil tanggal 28 Agustus 2019 (Sabtu-Minggu aku itung).

Apa aja yang harus di bawa?

1. Kertas pengambilan

2. Fotokopi KTP

3. Fotokopi KK

Karena seperti yang aku sudah bilang, aku bukan hanya mau ambil aktenya tapi mau sekalian legalisir, jadi 3 dokumen itu yang harus di bawa. Dan untuk pengambilan ini boleh pagi, siang, sore, seterah kalian tapi maksimal jam 16.00 ya.

Sampai di Disdukcapil, langsung ke loket 5/E, tidak perlu ambil nomer antrian ya, langsung aja serahkan kertas pengambilan ke petugas di loket 5/E atau boleh juga ke loket 4/D. Tapi pas aku dateng loket 4/D lagi ada orang, jadi aku kasih kertas pengambilan aku di loket 5/E, terus nunggu nama di panggil deh. Kurang lebih nunggu 30 menit.

Akte Kelahiran Versi Baru (Dwi Bahasa)

Akte Kelahiran Versi Lama

Pas nama di panggil, cek lagi akte lahirnya, apakah data-datanya sudah sesuai atau belum. Terus aku bilang ke petugasnya kalau aku mau legalisir aktenya sekalian, terus di kasih formulir sama petugasnya dan petugas bilang maksimal legalisir 10 lembar.

Formulir Legalisir 

Terus aku langsung cari tukang fotokopi untuk fotokopi akte lahir yang baru, tenang Guys, ada tukang fotokopi kok di kantin Disdukcapil, jadi gak perlu takut. Harga fotokopinya Rp 500/lembar. Aku fotokopi 10 kali karena bolak balik aktenya jadi bayar Rp 15.000. Setelah fotokopi langsung ke loket yang tadi lagi. Loket 5/E atau loket 4/D.

Apa yang harus di siapkan?

1. Akte lahir asli yang baru

2. Fotokopi akte lahir baru (11 lembar yak arena nanti 1 lembar di ambil petugasnya dan 10 lembar untuk kita, inget legalisir maksimal 10 lembar)

3. Fotokopi KK

4. Fotokopi KTP

Setelah itu langsung aja serahkan dokumen ke petugasnya, nanti di cek sama mereka, kalau sudah lengkap, akte asli yang baru akan di kembalikan ke kita dan suruh tunggu sampai nama di panggil.

Nah untuk nunggu legalisir ini lumayan lama Guys, lebih dari 1 jam. Jadi siapkan waktu yang banyak ya. Kenapa sih harus di legalisir? Jadi kalau kamu mau pakai fotokopi akte kelahiran ini untuk keperluan keluar negeri seperti visa dll maka harus di legalisir oleh Disdukcapil, Kemenkumham, Kemenlu, dan Kedutaan negara yang mau di tuju biar sah dan di akui.  Karena akte lahir baru ini sudah ada bahasa inggrisnya jadi gak perlu di terjemahkan,enakkkk kann haha.

Setelah nama di panggil jadi deh 10 lembar fotokopi akte lahir baru sudah di legalisir/stempel. GRATIS ya tidak bayar, hanya bayar fotokopi tadi aja.

Well, untuk tahap ini kelar tapi masih ada tahap selanjutnya yaitu legalisir fotokopi akte lahir ini di Kemenkumham, Kemenlu dan Kedutaan.

CARA PEMBAHARUAN AKTE KELAHIRAN (DWI BAHASA)

Hai Guys, apa kabar? Setelah lama gak update di blog haha. Kali ini aku mau sharing gimana caranya dapet akte kelahiran versi baru. Jadi untuk kalian yang ingin sekolah di Luar Negeri/kerja di Luar Negeri/pindah ke Luar Negeri, ada beberapa kedutaan asing tidak menerima akte kelahiran keluaran tahun lama, dalam kata lain, mereka hanya menerima akte kelahiran dengan tahun penerbitan maksimal 6 bulan. Sebagai contoh, aku lahir tahun 1989, akte kelahiran aku terbitan tahun 1989, jadi kalau aku mau punya akte kelahiran dengan terbitan tahun 2019 maka aku harus mengurus pembaharuan akte kelahiran. Keuntungan lainnya adalah akte kelahiran versi baru ini menggunakan 2 bahasa (Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris) jadi untuk keperluan Luar Negeri gak perlu lagi translate di sworn translator (penterjemah tersumpah). Lumayan kan bisa menghemat karena translate dokumen dari Bahasa Indonesia ke Bahasa Inggris di sworn translator itu paling murah Rp 90.000 per lembar. Biar gak kebanyakan basa-basinya ^_^ langsung aja ya Guys.

Di mana ngurus pembaharuan akte kelahiran?

Di Dinas Pendudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil atau biasa di singkat Disdukcapil sesuai KTP ya Guys. Untuk KTP Jakarta, aku sarankan ke Disdukcapil Pusat aja yang di Letjen S. Parman Street No.7, RT.3/RW.8, Tomang, Grogol petamburan, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta 11440.

Gimana cara ke Disdukcapil Provinsi DKI Jakarta?

Kalau mau cara gampang ya pastinya naik ojek online ^_^ Tapi aku naik transportasi umum. Aku berangkat dari kantor jam 08.00 (karena emang izin dari kantor sebentar ^_^ Kantor aku di daerah Sudirman). Jadi dari kantor jalan kaki ke arah halte busway dukuh atas 4 (haltenya deket jembatan yang mau ke Tosari, kalau kalian naik kereta turun di Stasiun Sudirman, trus keluar dan lewat terowongan blora trus naik tangga ke atas, nah haltenya di situ deh, bentuk haltenya bukan seperti halte busway yang biasanya ya, tapi hanya ada plang doank di pinggir jalan). Dari situ naik busway dengan kode GR1 tujuan harmoni, kalian bisa naik busway apa aja yang tujuannya Harmoni, busway GR1 ini GRATIS haha aku juga baru tahu kalau ada busway gratis, jadi pastinya donk aku naik busway GRATIS-an haha. Setelah nyampe di halte bus Harmoni, langsung jalan kaki lurus aja ke arah lampu merah, trus belok kiri, jalan lurus sedikit, ada halte bus (deket kantor pajak petojo), nah tunggu aja Bus Patas 157. Lumayan agak lama nunggu busnya. Nah naik bus Patas 157, bilang ke keneg nya turun di dinas pendudukan ya, biar gak kelewatan. Bayar Rp 5.000. Pokoknya busnya berhenti di depan Disdukcapil persis, jadi gak perlu jalan kaki jauh deh ^_^

 

Bus Gratis :)

          Alternatif lain : Bisa naik busway Grogol2 dari halte busway dukuh atas, trus turun di halte busway S. Parman Podomoro City, lalu jalan kaki ke Disdukcapilnya. Tapi ini agak jauh jalan kakinya.

           Nah pas pulangnya, dari Disdukcapil keluar pager belok kiri dan jalan kaki lurus aja sampai ke halte busway S. Parman Podomoro City, nah dari situ naik busway ke arah Tugas/Rawamangun dan aku turun di halte busway Dukuh Atas deh. Dari halte itu jalan kaki ke kantor. Sampe kantor jam 10.00. Ongkosnya Rp 3.500.

          Alternatif lain : Bisa naik busway kode 3F turun di Gelora Bung Karno, dari situ lanjut deh naik busway GR1 busway gratis yang tujuan Harmoni, tapi turun di halte dukuh atas 4, trus jalan kaki deh ke kantor.

         Pas nunggu busway di halte S. Parman Podomoro City, busway 3F lama banget gak dateng-dateng jadi aku milih naik busway yang arah Tugas/Rawamangun deh.

Ongkosnya cuma Rp 8.500 PP ^_^ Murahhh kan.

Apa aja yang harus di bawa ke Disdukcapil?

           Sebelum berangkat ke Disdukcapil, aku googling dulu, dari hasil googling yang harus di bawa :

1.      Akte Kelahiran (fotokopi 1 lembar dan aslinya bawa)

2.      KK (fotokopi 1 lembar dan aslinya bawa)

3.      Fotokopi buku nikah orangtua (1 lembar)

4.      KTP Pribadi (fotokopi 1 lembar dan aslinya bawa)

5.      Fotokopi KTP orangtua (1 lembar)

6.      Ijazah SD, SMP, SMA, Universitas (fotokopi maisng-masing 1 lembar dan aslinya bawa)

7.      Materai 6.000 (1 lembar)

Tapi pas aku sampe Disdukcapil (prakteknya), petugasnya cuma minta :

1.      Akte Kelahiran (fotokopi 1 lembar dan aslinya bawa)

2.      Fotokopi KK (1 lembar)

3.      Fotokopi buku nikah orangtua (1 lembar)

4.      Fotokopi KTP pribadi (1 lembar)

5.      Materai 6.000 (1 lembar yang akan di tempel di formulir surat pernyataan)

Gimana ceritanya?

          Jadi aku dari kantor ke Disdukcapil naik busway GR1, lanjut naik bus patas 157, sampai di Disdukcapil, ambil nomor antrian, isi nama dan nomor KTP di mesin nomor antrian, setelah itu langsung duduk aja nunggu nomor antrian di panggil.

         Setelah di panggil, petugas (Nama petugasnya Mba Ega) akan minta dokumen yang di perlukan, lalu petugas akan memberikan formulir untuk di isi, ada 3 formulir, kita bisa balik duduk di ruang tunggu sambil isi formulir dan petugas akan cek data kita di bagian arsip. Setelah isi formulir nunggu lagi nama di panggil.

Setelah nama di panggil, kita serahkan formulir yang sudah di isi dan di tempel materai. Dan petugas akan mengambil akte kelahiran yang asli. Lalu kita akan di kasih kertas untuk pengambilan akte kelahirannya. Aku dateng ke Disdukcapil tanggal 16 Agustus 2019 dan tanggal 27 Agustus 2019, aku di suruh whatsapp ke nomor yang ada di kertas pengambilan, untuk tanya apakah akte kelahiran sudah bisa di ambil atau belum, jika sudah bisa di ambil, maka bisa datang lagi ke Disdukcapil dengan membawa kertas pengambilannya.

Prosesnya cepet banget Guys, aku sampe di Disdukcapil jam 08.00 dan proses selesai jam 09.05. Semua ini GRATIS ya, sama sekali gak ada biaya.
