Sometimes changing your
life situation isn’t possible or simple not possible soon enough. You can’t
restructure your entire lifestyle in an instant. You can’t make someone else
change to against his or her life. And you certainly can’t erase the past. So what
choices do you have left?
Change your perception,
belief or opinion about your life situation. Doing so will help you change your
attitude and ultimately allow you to grow beyond the problems and barriers you
can’t immediately control. This, of course, takes practice, which is precisely
why we need to practice “think better, live better”
to guide you step by step through mental strength training exercises that make
possible real progress, even in the face of unchangeable adversity.
Let’s be honest, we all
get stuck with some bad habits that we are emotionally default to when we’re not
mindfully focused on the right things, Bad habits like people pleasing,
reacting with a victim mentality, succumbing to needless worry, spending time
with toxic people, or indulging in negative self talk are all patterns that
need careful attention and renovation.
It’s time to break up
with the faulty patterns of thinking, reacting and behaving that are holding
you back!
There’s nothing wrong
with being open about struggling with your faults, venting on occasion and
yes, even every complaining now and then. But you have to remember that your
words and thoughts, especially the ones you repeat daily, are the faoundation
you cast your future upon.
When you think about
something repeatedly, you begin or personally identify with it, and your inner
identity gradually becomes your outer reality.
Your positive,
productive thoughts can help create a brilliant, vibrant reality, one where
opportunity, happiness and gratitude resides, while your most worrisome fears
and foulest words and thoughts can foster a lifetime of darkness, hatred and
hopelessness.
The choice is yours.
Choose wisely! Choose
your words and your thoughts carefully, with the finest and most positive
intention, Be conscious of what you are saying to yourself, how you are
interacting with others, and what you are asking in life for on a daily basis.
Your health, your
happiness, your present and your future depend on it.
The bottom line is this
:
You can’t control the
reality of yesterday, or even the reality of today to a certain extent, but you
CAN control how you think, react and respond to everything, in the hopes of
drafting a better blueprint for all your tomorrows. Here are two ways to do
just that.
1. Surrender your
worries and embrace acceptance.
Realize that, somewhere
within us all, there does exist a supreme self who is eternally at peace.
Because inner peace does not depend on external conditions, it’s what remains
when you’ve surrendered in your ego and worries.
Peace can be found
within you at any place and any time. It’s always there, patiently waiting for
you to turn your attention toward it. Peace of mind arrives the moment you come
to peace with what’s on your mind, It happens when you let go of the need to be
anywhere but where you are, physically and emotionally.
This acceptance of the
way things are creates the foundation for inner harmony. The need for something
to be different in this moment is nothing more than a worry and worries simply
lead you in circles. Remember, the same part of you that experiences peace. It
is not complicated to achieve and is as close as your next thought.
2. Practice mindful
gratitude.
What you must realize
is that you don’t really need more, you just need to appreciate what you have.
It’s a beautiful and bittersweet way of thinking all at once. If you don’t have
what you want, but you still has enough.
Be thankful for what
is, and also be thankful for what has not yet come to you. For that means there
are still many possibilities available. Find peace in the thought that you can’t
ever have it all or know it all either. You are always just a fraction of the
whole. For if you weren’t, there would be nothing more to experience. Value
what you know, and also value the countless things you don’t yet understand,
there is the joy of growth.
Life will always be
incomplete and a bit asymmetrical. Realize this and embrace it. Be happy and
sad at the same time, be hungry and thankful at the same time, be nervous and
excited at the same time, and be OK with it.
And of course, if you’re
struggling with either of these points, know that you are not alone. Many of
us are right there with you, working hard to feel better, think more clearly,
and live a life free of headaches and heartache.
Remember it "Don't allow yourself to worry or fear, when you worry or fear you create negative energy and that can be cause more, focus on positive direction all the time. Always"
See you on next posting :) have a great day :)
